Scoliosis

Scoliosis affects roughly 3% of people in the United States, aged 16 and above, and predominantly occurs in females. When viewed from the back, an individual with scoliosis is easily identifiable due to their abnormal spinal curvature, differing greatly from the natural straight spine of a healthy person.

Scoliosis is often the result of a congenital abnormality, a genetic disorder, or a neurological issue.
